EDPR operates 500+ MW wind in France and Belgium and develops a pipeline of MW wind and solar. My main challenges are to accelerate growth particularly at prospection stage, secure current projects under development and find M&A opportunities. The 65 people team is present across all the life cycle of the projects: origination, development, engineering, construction, O&M and asset management. I am member of the Board of Directors of the two offshore projects of 500 MW jointly developed with Engie. In 2018, we have created 17 new jobs, recruited more than 20 people, and bought a 9 project pipeline of 150 MW.
