ABOUT PATRICK KIRK

I am a strategically driven, business focused executive who is passionate about driving business operations and setting the strategy to accomplish the strategic objectives that realize growth and success. I bring depth of experience to connect business strategy and goals and management and control of diverse business operations that optimize return while minimizing risk. I am proven leader who believes we are always better together than we are apart and together we are inspired to be our very best. I am the executive responsible to build and oversee our practice’s growth strategy and communicate our strategic direction of our Navy and Air Force Accounts to C-Suite partners and external partners in the market. I directly manage, at the executive level, investment budget and financial activities that are focused on maximizing top and bottom line growth. I lead our account operations, leverage data analytics, guide our efforts to ensure our practice goals are met and aligned with our ethos. I am commitment to capacity that delivers on diversity, equity and inclusion. As a supply chain professional, I am the leading voice that helps our clients deliver faster by applying lessons learned in sourcing and procurement and disruptions in the supply chain. I am part of the leadership team responsible for the deployment of our supply practitioners against our client’s purpose-driven mission, and lead our engagement strategies that focus on optimizing operations in a modern digital logistics environment. As a former Army Officer, I have extraordinary progressive leadership and management experiences leading organizations ranging in size from 35 - 250 people.
