ABOUT PATRICIA FAVOREEL

I run my own business called POSALITY: position-positivity-vitality, a Health & Wellness company. The position part focuses on ergonomics such as home office, then the positivity is about creating a positive mindset, the glass half full idea and last but not least the vitality is geared towards muscle and body movement awareness. European degree in Physical therapy and Manual therapy. Certified ACE personal trainer and sports nutritionist, Bombshell Certified coach, Power Pilates mat and apparatus instructor. In my spare time you can find me training for my next bikini competition, watching a movie or just hang out with my family. I love to travel and live in different countries. I live an interesting live with a lot of moves across the globe, thanks to my husband. I\'m a trailing spouse as they call it but then, there is nothing trailing about me. I always make sure I re invent myself. Became a Power Pilates Apparatus instructor while in the USA. Learned kettlebell and K11 personal training in Pune India. I\'m a people person, I want them to feel better, work with their own “perfection” whatever this may be. I love anatomy of movement and I\'m pretty good at analysing it. I have knowledge and experience, I have seen the world and know different cultures, but most importantly I always go for it a full 100% because half assed work doesn\'t count. Thank you
