My role is to lead global functions for R&D and Supply chain : R&D - Medical - Regulatory - Quality - Supply chain - Engineering - Purchasing and ITAchievements:Production growth of +45% in 2023 – Implementation of a SIOP – Increase in OTIF from 75% to 99% – Reduction in accident rates – Reorganization and execution of the company\'s industrial investment plan, tripling production capacity. Review of the R&D project portfolio – Establishment of a PMO for better synchronization of R&D, Medical, and Regulatory teams, ensuring a more reliable Time-to-Market. Strengthening compliance with the ISO 13485 – MDSAP quality system. Reorganization of the management team – Five-year strategic planning. Collaboration with the HR department on management fundamentals: communication – objectives – performance review – managerial culture and leadership training. Reduction of attrition from 26% to 10%.MDR certification of the full HA Filler range obtained 12 months after publication of commun specifications (first among the HA leaders).
