I am currently a senior consultant for Alera Group Orange County, the 7th largest employee benefits brokerage in the country. I have over 27 years of experience in most aspects of health care including innovative plan design, provider contracting, underwriting, communications, wellness and plan administration. Throughout my career, I have achieved exceptional retention of the clients I serve. My future interests are to be involved in the evolution of health care delivery and financing. I believe there is tremendous opportunity to make health care easier and more value-oriented. I am an advocate for a rational and sustainable approach to universal health care.
