Responsible for managing, building, mentoring, leading the Integration development team located in multi-geo remote locations, architecting & designing, developing, releasing and supporting the Cloud based ON24 integration solution for various CRM platforms and ON24 Rest API services (api.on24.com). Responsibilities also includes creating, managing, and distributing scrum tasks/Jiras; working with various CRM vendors, product manager and customer for ON24 integration solutions; adhering high standard coding guidelines & reviews to maintain high quality product line; owning the complex development stories, tasks and bug fixes for high-risk problems; working with QA and customer support team for root causing and providing the quick resolutions for customer critical issues; working with cloud team and devops team to monitor, create fault alerts, reduce cloud costs, create cloud integration monitoring tools for ON24 Integration product lines. Architect, design, develop and support ON24 Connect (integration) Solutions for various CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms includes Marketo, Eloqua, SalesForce, Veeva, Outreach, Zapier, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, ISACA, Act-on, cVent, SAP, etc.
