Oversee the Emergency Rental Assistance Program’s (ERAP) submission workflow by mitigating risk of fraudulent applications through authenticating documentation, Resulting in the distribution of over $112 million in rental assistance to Alameda County tenants. Plan and coordinate project plans for 5 rental assistance staff to submit 25 ERAP applications, per week to meet project goals by setting weekly one-on-one check-ins and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Meet with cross-functional management teams to create program policy documents & implement procedural changes to enforce scope and strategic objectives and goals based on feedback from our teams as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing referral systems, from end-to-end, in Salesforce, and delete ad hoc legal consultations with attorneys and paralegals for clients to obtain housing services. Design ad-hoc training presentations to educate internal and external teams on current housing protections.
