About Paloma Heindorff
I coach founders and executives who work in high risk and creative industries. For seven years, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Defense Distributed, a pioneering and controversial technology company. I steered teams through federal lawsuits, public backlash, operational chaos, and intense public scrutiny. That experience taught me what conventional leadership advice misses: how to make decisions when stakes are legitimately high, how to build trust when opposition is constant, and how to maintain clarity when the terrain keeps shifting.Today, I also serve as U.S. Regional Director for Shame Studios, a London-based bespoke rug design house known for uncompromising craft and ethical production. The work challenges me differently, which I value and enjoy. My coaching approach combines strategic clarity with embodied awareness. I\'m a certified coach (CaPP Institute, ICF Accredited), hold certifications in Agile Leadership, and teach yoga.
