Create and evaluate curriculum and trainings, including large scale projects for statewide credentialing efforts- Collaborate with and support national CHW workforce research and advocacy projects as a CHW Ally - Provide technical assistance to help organizations launch effective CHW programs and connect clients with resources and stakeholders- Provide consultation on relevant policies to the CHW workforce, including financing, credentialing, and training policies- Create and facilitate trainings for topics that include CHW scope of work, CHW supervision, CHW instruction, social determinants of health, community outreach, infectious disease, and chronic disease management, taught in English and Spanish- Write and submit grant applications for community health and CHW programs
