I am a Lead experience designer within Capgemini\'s digital customer experience function. At Capgemini I have fulfilled UX designer, service designer and user researcher roles for public sector clients.During my time with Capgemini, I have led the end-to-end service design of a number of grant schemes for a central government department which are critical to the government’s 2050 net-zero targets.I have also worked with another central government department to modernise and automate a number of their internal processes with a view to improving employee experiences and creating more efficient and sustainable business practices.
