ABOUT ORAL SARISOY
As an online content moderator at Teleperformance, I manage a team of 18 for a social and commercial project that aims to create a safe and engaging online environment for users and clients. I have been working in this role for more than five years, applying my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my master\'s degree in tourism, to ensure the quality and accuracy of the content we review and moderate. I am passionate about combining software and technology with tourism and travel experiences, and I have a strong background in the hospitality and tourism industry. Before joining Teleperformance, I worked as a team supervisor at Teleperformance Greece, where I oversaw the performance and development of a team of 10 content moderators. I also have experience as a head concierge at Sura Hotels & Tourism Group, where I provided exceptional customer service and guidance to guests from different countries and cultures. I hold professional tourist guiding certifications for English and Russian languages, issued by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
