Victor is a people\'s person who has worked in the most diverse of fields and thus able to apply insights from varying sources to provide unconventional solutions to a given task. He is a planetary sustainability and process improvement enthusiast. Currently exploring the overview of various networks (associated with the sciences, peoples and environments) within the worlds\' food systems, with a fondness for the entrepreneurial components. He was a Customer-Experience-Manager for a Bank that has one of the largest customer base & highest volume of high pressure client-interactions in the country, where he caters to the needs of GTBank’s Platinum, Diaspora and HNI customers. Skilled in Microsoft CRM Dynamics | FrontApp & similar tools | Technical & Live Support | Microsoft Office 365 Apps | Basic Networking & Cloud Storage | CMS | One Drive | Basic Computer Hardware Repair & Software troubleshooting. I’ve obtained Customer Service Tenets certificates, Experience Management and Total Quality Trainings, & a Masters degree in Microbiology from the University of Ibadan. I have since worked as a Quality assurance analyst and Business manager in the food industry; as a Program facilitator in an NGO, Executive assistant with a state government, Liaison Officer, Trainer with Government & NGO; as an Academic/Scientific Research associate, as an IT Sales and Support expert, and currently enrolled in a graduate program (almost completed!) I am an engaging, well rounded professional with exemplary leadership, communication, inter-personal, teamwork and critical thinking skills. These have been demonstrated severally and proficiently by initiatives for improving business process flows. I am a SocioPreneur and actively leverage businesses/individuals to help orphanages. I created a business (now sold off and rebranded) in the Nigerian food industry for this sole purpose. I was also the founder of DIATECHS, a IT/Gadget/Tech sales and support firm. I have worked in starting up several other successful (and still running) businesses. I am a Member of the American Society of Microbiologist and a certified Customer Experience Trainer.
