ABOUT OKSANA RYBALKA

I have over fifteen years of professional experience, including more than eight years of providing consulting services. Experienced project/program manager with background in optimization of companies’ financial function, re-designing and optimizing business processes, developing budgeting and managerial reporting systems, developing business and IT strategies.Designing business processes for the ERP implementation at Tobacco and Distribution companies in Azerbaijan. Among others, the engagement comprised developing the key business processes (Finance Function, Production, Procurement, Asset Management and Human Capital) for further implementation in ERP, documenting designed processes in the integrated model, including required process controls, mapping to organizational structure, report requirements and development of management reporting- Leading the engagements concerned with detailed design of the business processes (Finance Function, Production, Procurement, Asset Management and other) and function requirements selection for ERP implementation at large TMT companies in Georgia and Kazakhstan- As an expert in corporate functions and marketing (document management, business process modelling, marketing and sales, etc.) helped develop corporate IT strategy for the largest Ukrainian media group. The engagement comprised development of business application architecture, a data management model with further successful implementation- Development of business strategy for logistics operator in Kazakhstan. The assignment involved transformation of mostly asset company to dynamic logistics player operating within Asian region (3PL/4PL)- As an expert in corporate functions (document management, business process modelling, etc.) and PMO, helped develop corporate IT strategy for the large power and utility group of companies. The engagement comprised development of operational model, IT management processes, business application architecture, a data management model and IT infrastructure with further successful implementation. Led the substantial team (up to 30) of experienced consultants, combining the role of project manager and liaison with C-level executives- Diagnostic of facility management function for huge bearing and seal manufacturing company
