I didn’t take the traditional route to film school… I built my own.From a young age, I knew I wanted to tell stories that feel alive. Not just scripts or visuals, but entire worlds where culture, emotion, and intention collide. So instead of waiting for the “right path,” I curated my own curriculum. I studied directing and screenwriting from both coasts through NYU and USC — to understand how region shapes rhythm. I dove into DaVinci Resolve to master the art of editing and color. At CalArts, I learned how to paint with the camera. Through the University of London, I studied the actor’s craft to direct with empathy, not ego.But filmmaking isn’t just creativity… it’s also execution. That’s why I explored producing, marketing, sales, and animation: Google taught me how to run a project. NYU showed me how to protect it. UC Davis taught me how to market it. Vendition & SV Academy gave me the tools to pitch it. Sony helped me imagine without limits.🧩 Every certification is a puzzle piece, and together they form a vision: to write, direct, and produce films that move people, amplify unheard voices, and build a legacy that isn’t bound by convention.Right now, I’m focused on launching my film portfolio, releasing four short films by 2027, and scaling my innovative business — Viewing Between the Lines while maintaining a debt-free business model. Along the way, I aim to collaborate with bold minds, build lasting creative relationships, and lead with purpose, empathy, and vision.I’m not just learning how to make films.
