Real Estate Agent working in the top performing office in the East Bay. Licensed since 2005. I am also a real estate investor having purchased and rehabilitated numerous homes around the San Francisco Bay Area, turning each into vibrant, profitable investment properties. After spending more than a decade managing condominiums, I have become a condo expert. I believe that choosing the right Realtor is the most important decision a potential home buyer or seller will make. As a Realtor, I know the diligence, patience and creativity required to be successful in the extremely competitive bay area real estate market. I love guiding my clients through what can at times seem to be a daunting process, requiring an objective financial analysis measured against the sacred concept of “home.” My goal is to compassionately assist clients through the buying and selling process, and to help make it rewarding and fun with my steady, seasoned leadership. I grew up in Walnut Creek, and after graduating from college, have lived most of my adult life in the east bay. A longtime Oakland resident, I have been very involved as a volunteer for various organizations such as being the Board President of the Sheffield Village Homeowner’s Association, and as a member of the Community Policing Advisory Board for the City of Oakland. I volunteer my time at many local community organizations such as The Oakland Heritage Alliance, Habitat for Humanity and Children’s Fairyland to list a few. I also volunteer time every summer as a camp counselor for Camp del Corazon, a non-profit camp for children with heart disease. I have a passion for historic renovation, I\'m a musician and theater buff. When not holding open houses, you will likely find me running one of the numerous trails in the East Bay hills.
