Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Addus Hope Foundation. Until May, 2024, worked as President of the Hospice Division for Addus HomeCare following the acquisition of Hospice Partners of America by Addus HomeCare. Addus HomeCare is a publicly traded leading provider of comprehensive home care and support services in 23 states. During my tenure at Addus, we made three major hospice acquisitions, growing the census to over 3400 and providing hospice services in over thirty locations across seven states. Previously CEO of Hospice Partners of America, a venture backed hospice organization for eight years. Additionally served as COO of CareSouth, a multi-state Home Health Care organization for four years. Prior to joining CareSouth, served as Vice President of Operations for SouthernCare, Inc, one of the nation\'s largest hospice organizations overseeing 95 locations in 14 states.I have more than 25 years of varied healthcare management experience including roles as COO of NurseMatrix.com, and Vice President/Senior Vice President of Operations for two publicly traded multi-state physician practice organizations.Specialties: Start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, organizational turn-arounds, process development & standardization, management of rapid-growth organizations, quality improvement, training, and clinical electronic documentation application development and management.
