Act as the focal point of distributor DFAEs on technical questions, customer issues, tool support • Lead and support DFAE teams of distributors in Americas region to increase design-in opportunities • Establish professional working relationship with the DFAEs from all Global Distributors in the Americas region • Build up and enhance technical capability of our distributors to sell our products and solutions by coordinating and providing regular technical training. • Coordinate with all BU’s distributors’ branch visits periodically to meet with DFAEs for reviewing opportunities, and driving their designs through the pipeline • Support/Engange with distributor Design center or technical development team to help drive key platforms designed with Microchip devices • Development, Management of InfoDepot, Repository for BU Data, presentation and other supporting material. • Coordinate, develop and deliver technical training at Distributor DFAE Corporate Trainings • Support Distributor White board or design reviews
