ABOUT NORB PARK

I’m an Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty Canada and founder of SIX Real Estate Consulting Inc, a firm specializing in planning and marketing major real estate projects across Western Canada. Over the past four decades, I’ve built a career at the intersection of real estate strategy, development, and professional sales—helping shape some of Calgary and Edmonton’s most successful multi-family communities.My path began in 1978 when I moved to Calgary to manage a homebuilding company. Since then, I’ve held leadership roles with leading single-family builders, founded a consulting firm that expanded into six provinces and Montana, and helped launch Sotheby’s International Realty Canada’s presence in Alberta as its founding Broker.Today, I focus on what I call my “retirement job”—working directly with clients on residential, rural, and commercial properties, including farms, ranches, and recreational lands. I continue to consult under the SIX Real Estate Consulting banner, providing strategic insight and marketing direction for developers and property owners.I’ve been privileged to serve on industry boards, teach real estate marketing at the University of Calgary, and mentor emerging professionals.
