I am passionate for positive change and social transformation projects. I analyse ecosystems, create projects for companies, communities and support them to create visions and turn them into highly impactful realities, dedicated to driving the path towards a regenerative society. I am a DEI specialist. I train people and consult organisations about matters all around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - and innovation through inclusive design. I have a passion for creating, managing and supporting engagement projects, focused on enabling innovation and sustainable advantage through multistakeholder-collaboration and peer2peer activities, with methods that integrate creativity. The support, coaching and / or co-development of new ventures has been an important part of my years as an entrepreneur and I love to share know-how with other founders.
