If you know anything about me, you will know my biggest passion (besides kids, cars, toys and world peace) is solving physical-world problems with the aid of technology. It\'s probably why I keep coming back to retail. At Kohl\'s, my responsibilities include all of the Associate Experiences as well as the Post-Purchase Experiences. What exactly does that mean? Think about pretty much anything that happens in a store. Checkout. Self-Checkout & Self Returns. Amazon Returns. Sephora. Tasking & Productivity including Receiving, RTV/ Disposition, eSigns. The list is pretty long but so fun! Oh, I also own the in-app store experience with my digital partner. Wi-Fi in our stores aren\'t the graviest, but that is all changing. And so are we! My team of 8 is small for so much. much! so you might guess ruthless prioritization is a constant battle. This summer, we also hosted 5 interns, which was a blast. I love growing talent.
