Product Owner on Contract with Amgen. Knowledge Management (KM) and Operations Alerts Business Process Owner (BPO). Lead and support in design and implementation of fit for purpose systems and processes. Oversee day-to-day business for KM related issues and lead department in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of process improvement initiatives. Strategic thought partner charged with identifying opportunities for creating, monitoring and advancing Quality Data Sciences business processes. Collaborate with the Global BPOs and stakeholders to improve business processes, share best practices and achieve desired business outcomes. Continuous development, re-engineering and management of SharePoint site for KM and the content lifecycle strategy. SCA with responsibility for content approval, curation, workflow and webpart configuration, usage analytics and reporting. Utilizing Scrum, manage a workgroup of IS Business Analysts. Teams focus is to analyze business systems requirements, providing technology-related solutions for productivity improvement. Team has identified and implemented 250+ Product Backlog improvements leading to more efficient and effective processes for information dissemination throughout Amgen. Lead in establishment of a baseline measurement for process health, Identify knowledge gaps, facilitate idea generation and develop a strategic roadmap to address pain points Create, capture and report monthly metrics Participate on teams of systems developers, testers, systems administrators, in the development/incorporation of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Artificial Intelligence (AI) information dissemination technologies.
