Ensure correct routing of SMS messages between the MVNO and the MNO network;• Participate in provisioning addressing (SCCP GTs, MSISDNs, IMSIs) for SMS;• Define the SMS routing architecture: circuit-switched (CS), packet-switched (IMS) or hybrid;• Monitor SMS traffic through CDR tools, probes or monitoring platforms;• Perform end-to-end testing for sending and receiving SMS;• Capture signaling logs (SIP, MAP, SMPP) to analyze delivery failures, routing errors and interconnection issues;• Collaborate with SMSC vendors, IP gateways, IMS servers;• Responsible for resolving SMS-related issues, covering SMPP, HTTP protocols and the Alaris platform;• Manage A2P routes and interconnections, ensuring compliance with agreements and mitigating commercial risks; • Responsible for ongoing training and knowledge sharing with teammates. Focus on ensuring the team has a deep technical understanding of SMS solutions, protocols and platforms, improving troubleshooting capabilities and overall performance.
