Manage daily kitchen operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and chilled products, following directives from the Fresh Food Manager- Conduct deli checks as assigned, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with training- Follow Health and Safety Regulations, identifying and reporting any breaches to store management- Maintain a professional appearance, wearing a full uniform, safety shoes, and a name badge at all times- Monitor and address malpractice, such as theft, vandalism, or abusive behavior, while prioritizing personal safety- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork- Ensure all kitchen and deli areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly, following proper cleaning schedules and hygiene protocols.
