Additionally, I ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for federal and state contract agreements and offer general support to business units and fund managers, aiding in report interpretation and variance explanation for effective communication with department heads.I oversee the setup, monitoring, and maintenance of 100+ special funds, managing documentation, signatory lists, and online report access approval. Acting as a bridge between Finance and various hospital departments, including IT, Foundation, and Auxiliary, I confirm the accurate recording of revenue and expenses, facilitating precise reporting and efficient account transfers. Furthermore, I collaborate closely with internal and external auditors, providing schedules, and reports, and responding to inquires.
