As a MBA candidate at Bharati Vidyapeeth, I am passionate about learning and applying the latest trends and best practices in marketing and human resources. I have completed courses in digital marketing, consumer behavior, organizational development, and strategic management, and I am eager to leverage my knowledge and skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. I have gained hands-on experience in marketing and HR through various internships, where I have contributed to different campaigns, projects, and initiatives. Most recently, I worked as a sales and marketing intern at The Times of India, where I helped to promote the newspaper\'s online and offline subscriptions and events. Previously, I worked as a social media marketing intern at Leaders For Tomorrow, an NGO that empowers youth to become change-makers. There, I created and posted engaging content for various social media platforms, reaching over followers and increasing the engagement rate by 15%. I also worked as a HR manager at Youth Empowerment Foundation, another NGO that supports underprivileged children. There, I raised money through a fundraiser with Milap, handled a team of six interns, conducted webinars, and managed finance-related documents. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, and I have excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. I am always eager to learn new things, take on new challenges, and make a positive impact. My goal is to pursue a career in marketing and HR that aligns with my values and interests, and that allows me to grow and develop as a professional.
