ABOUT NISHIT B.
I\'m a lifelong hotelier with a passion for building exceptional guest experiences-both literally and operationally. My journey in hospitality began at age six, learning the business from the ground up by cleaning rooms and understanding firsthand what it takes to deliver great service.Today, I am an owner, developer, and operator, as well as the founder of InnSpire Builders, LLC, a licensed General Commercial & Residential Contracting company in the state of Arizona. I combine deep operational knowledge with hands-on construction expertise to bring hospitality projects from concept to completion-and then to high performance. With experience in guest relations, team leadership, pricing strategy, and service delivery, I focus on driving return business and building strong, motivated teams. My goal remains the same: deliver value, comfort, and a lasting impression.I\'m always looking to connect with like-minded professionals in hospitality, construction, or real estate development.
