With extensive experience across diverse sectors, I have built a career grounded in community development, health initiatives, and climate resilience. As the State Project Lead for the Dettol Climate Resilient School (DCRS) Program under Dettol Banega Swasth India in Uttarakhand, I work closely with schools, government bodies, and communities to foster climate awareness and resilience through education and health-driven interventions.My journey has allowed me to contribute to several impactful initiatives:Uttarakhand State Rural Livelihood Mission (USRLM): As a Block Mission Manager (BMM), I spearheaded livelihood programs aimed at empowering rural communities through skill development and self-sustaining models.National Health Mission (NHM): In the role of IEC/BCC Facilitator, I worked on strategic communication and behavioral change campaigns to enhance public health awareness and outcomes.FODS NGO: As a Project Coordinator, I led various community projects focused on health, education, and sustainable development.Agaram IAS Academy: I managed marketing and social media strategies in a work-from-home capacity, contributing to their online presence and outreach.Red Cross: A lifetime member, regular blood donor, and an active participant in blood donation drives, I have also supported blood bank operations to ensure effective service delivery.In addition to my professional commitments, I am passionate about biking, traveling, and vlogging. Through my YouTube channel, ‘Nisha Pandey Vlogs,’ I share my adventures, experiences, and insights into community-driven change and sustainable living.With a strong belief in the power of education, health, and community, I am continuously striving to create meaningful impacts in every initiative I lead.
