Worked closely together with the CFOs towards the most efficient allocation of capital, driving cost efficiency and supporting financial planning. Contributed by developing and implementing an intelligent risk approach, ensuring full ECB compliance including setting up credit risk assessment processes based on a scorecard model, financial forecasting and monitoring capital adequacy. Being a member of the management team includes supporting in all financial decision-making and reporting to to both the local CEO and the Cluster Risk Director at HQ Nederland.
