Super App Profile: Played a pivotal role in developing and launching the Super App Profile, enhancing user personalization and engagement. Account Closure & Freeze/Unfreeze Modules: Designed and implemented user-friendly modules for account management, ensuring a smooth and secure experience for customers. In-App Webinar Feature: Launched a webinar feature that increased user engagement and contributed to a 4% rise in overall revenue.
