Extensive experience in affordable housing, having lent over $350M to build/renovate/acquire nearly affordable units in and around Boulder County- Provide operational oversight and business development for a retail bank in Louisville, CO consisting of $375M in assets- Analyze financial statements and other pertinent information to determine creditworthiness of prospective customers, secure loan terms, and counsel customers in regard to their borrowing needs- Serve on FirstBank’s Affordable Housing Committee, where I review affordable housing loans to ensure consistency in pricing, loan structure and risk across the company- As Affordable Housing Committee Chair from 20••••20, oversaw a group of seven Senior Loan Officers working to create policies and consistent oversight for the bank\'s $750M loan portfolio comprised of over affordable housing units. Also assisted the bank\'s syndicator and investment department in evaluating low income housing tax credit equity investments- Founding member of FirstBank\'s Women in Leadership committee to support women in senior leadership positions at FirstBank.
