Produce a weekly e-blast, connecting information from the newsletter, website, and social media.Conference Mastery:Handle all logistics for planning conferences, from site evaluation and contract negotiation to managing the conference planning team. Develop programs, seek out speakers, and create collaborative efforts for effective sessions.Website Development & Printing:Manage both backend and frontend website production, conference assets, speaker information, and all printing and material creation using Photoshop.Catering & Venue Set-Up:Negotiate pricing, place orders, and coordinate payment for catering. Set up venues for social events and conferences.Lodging & Grants:Secure hotel room blocks and seek out, apply for, and follow up on grants, providing necessary documentation until funds are delivered.
