I am an extremely customer focussed individual having spent the last 17 years working within the customer service/sales industry. I am an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, both of which I have developed through coaching a variety of different sports to the public. I then went into a more challenging role at Phones4u as a sales consultant advising customer on a day to day basis, as well as moving onto a sales role within a call centres where I consistently exceed my targets whilst providing excellent customer service and putting the customers needs first.Also In May 2014 I was authorised a career break from Phone4u to work overseas as a holiday rep for the summer season where I gained a lot of confidence and sales experience and went on to be a PR manager for a team of promotions staff in Majorca which I continued to do during the summer seasons of 2015/2016/2017 also.My career history has made me highly motivated and confident with experience working toward targets in a fast paced environment.
