Contracted to lead and deliver complex integration projects and cloud-based solutions across Seqwater. Partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to align initiatives to business objectives and Seqwater’s governance, safety, and values.Project leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget; own end-to-end lifecycle.Stakeholder management: Gather requirements, define scope, manage expectations across business and technical teams.Technical oversight: Guide integration architecture, cloud migration, and deployment activities within EA guardrails.Vendor coordination: Manage third-party vendors and service providers; ensure accountable, on-time delivery.Change management: Develop and run change, comms, training, and adoption plans for smooth roll-outs.Risk & issues: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks/issues with clear escalation and decision paths.Documentation: Maintain requirements, designs, test plans, runbooks, and deployment guides.Continuous improvement: Embed best practice for integration and cloud service delivery.
