Responsible for multi-million dollar annual budget for archive management and physical asset preservation program • Manage team of people responsible for supporting catalog and front-line label archive needs • Preside over enormous collection of physical media assets across three US vault locations • Lead team responsible for verifying that all components of an audio recording are delivered – master, mix variants, stems and multi-track session files. Assets are verified for accuracy and archived both digitally and physically for future use. • Created custom integration for AirTable and Sony’s Ci Media Cloud Platform to manage ingest and auto-qc of master video assets • Developed and implemented: Strategy for quickly inbounding/triaging new physical media assets in the vault, process for preserving/archiving digital assets on physical containers and and in-house LTO migration strategy. • Established a finished goods library of vinyl, CD, DVD and boxed set products.
