I have spent my entire life invested in and fascinated by human interaction. This interest took me through an incredible career using intangible and trained skills in social network development and cross-cultural communication aimed at the greater good – working with populations to root out, track and dismantle global crime networks; exploiting fissures in organized criminal outfits to counter wildlife trafficking; and at times, supporting peaceful social transformation; all while quickly ingratiating myself with senior security, diplomatic and business leaders to garner their overwatch. Removing the context of conflict and placing myself in the commercial sector, all of this has leant itself very well to achieving customer success. This rare experience, the networks I’ve acquired, my ability to learn quickly and adapt always, well suits me to identify with customers and understand their requirements and needs, providing solutions for problems before they know they have them – no matter who they are, what they do or where they’ve come from. At its core, business is a story of human relationships, not products. I want to continue to honor that fact through building genuine, fruitful partnerships that matter – while leading others to do the same.
