ABOUT NICK TREJO

Nick Trejo comes from humble beginnings as a third child to a lower-middle-class family living in the coastal community of Ocean Beach in San Diego, California. Nick was taught the value of hard work and watched as both parents worked multiple jobs to provide a life for him and his brothers. He learned from their work ethic while also developing a keen ability of going after what he wanted in life. Nick’s drive led him to becoming a commercial real estate agent with ACRE Investment Real Estate Services, one of San Diego’s top performing apartment brokerage firms. Since joining ACRE I.R.E.S, Nick has trained and worked alongside some of the best and brightest real estate brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals. Nick specializes in representing sellers and buyers of apartment buildings in San Diego County. He is a principal and investor in San Diego apartments giving him firsthand landlord experience in managing the day-to-day operations. This has allowed Nick to hone his skills to confidently communicate with his clients the ins and outs of the apartment transaction from start to finish and beyond. His ability to navigate the complexities of the transaction, advise on future management challenges, and provide references to the best loan programs in the capital markets gives Nick’s clients a one-stop shop for apartment related business. Nick’s greatest accomplishments are ensuring his clients see maximized returns and build long-term generational wealth. To date, Nick has been involved in over $70 million in transaction volume equating to over 250+ units. One of Nick’s favorite mottos to live by is “be the last coke in the desert.”
