Executing the program as part of a 4-person team collaborating with the Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency to implement all aspects of the 404 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for Hurricanes Irma and Maria, including agency outreach, applicant briefings, the notice of interest process, development of grant applications, post-award kick-off meetings, and support through the project implementation phase. To date, more than 75 fully developed HMGP applications have been submitted to FEMA, totaling over $500M.
