Similarly develop and enforce Standards/Guidelines we can hold our sales team accountable to.•Responsible for building and achievement of profitable commercial plans, including activities such as planning for total depletions and POD performance, key customers planning, pricing builds, incentive planning, inventory forecasting, new product launches, A&P support plans, T&E budget management, and more.•Ensure sales team is properly planning business to achieve West Division goals at a full year, quarterly, monthly, and daily basis through various VDC systems and procedures.•Own relationship management with distributors including conducting quarterly business reviews, ensuring your team is conducting GSM’s, executing programs, and providing training support.•Present semi-annual business reviews to Board of Directors, detailing a full audit of West Division performance, and a detailed plan of the next 6 months of activity.
