ABOUT NICHOLAS CROSS

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Flinders University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Adelaide. With experience across infrastructure, construction, energy, resources, and facilities management, he provides strategic, legal, and commercial support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.His responsibilities include ensuring legal compliance, contractual governance, and business risk management across all phases of project delivery, including tender preparation and contract review through to procurement, workforce management, construction delivery, and ongoing operational maintenance.Working closely with the Construction and Service Departments, Nicholas oversees the company’s business management systems, maintains third-party accreditations, and ensures systems and operations comply with regulatory standards and client expectations.Nicholas’s broad exposure to multiple business functions enables him to approach operational matters with a holistic and commercially minded perspective. He plays a key role in project administration, procurement planning, financial forecasting, contract management, and mitigating subcontractor and supply chain risks.In addition to his operational responsibilities, Nicholas contributes to the organisation’s strategic direction and annual objectives. This includes leading the development of organisational systems, policies, and procedures, and driving change management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and efficiency.
