ABOUT NICHOLAS ANTOINE

Nicholas Antoine is the Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Red Arts Capital, a leading private equity investment firm he co-founded at age 26 to focus exclusively on supply chain and logistics businesses—one of the most vital yet overlooked sectors of the real economy. At Red Arts, Nick leads investment research and thesis development, as well as fundraising and firm strategy, marrying deep analytical rigor with a long-term, partnership-driven approach to building and scaling founder-led companies.Over the past decade, Nick has overseen the completion of over $1 billion in transactions, grown Red Arts’ team tenfold and established the firm as one of the country’s most respected sector specialists. Nick’s investment philosophy is grounded in his deep expertise in supply chains and the economic and regulatory forces shaping essential industries.Nick’s leadership and impact have been widely recognized. He has been named to Crain’s Chicago Business Who’s Who Most Influential Leaders in both 2024 and 2025 and is a Crain’s 40 Under 40 honoree—acknowledgements that reflect his growing influence at the intersection of investing, industry, and civic leadership.Before launching Red Arts in 2015, Nick served in a Chief of Staff role to the Founder, Chairman, Co-CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Ariel Investments, a $14 billion asset management firm, where he worked closely on firmwide strategic initiatives. He began his career as an Equity Research Analyst for Princeton Global Asset Management, and later joined Ariel’s domestic investment research team where he solidified his foundation in fundamentals-based, long-horizon investing.Beyond his work in private equity, Nick is a passionate supporter of the arts. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Studio Museum in Harlem, and previously served on the Board of WTTW Communications (PBS Chicago). He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, the Economic Club of Chicago, and The Chicago Club. A lifelong lover of music and a former jazz saxophonist, Nick performed in Princeton University’s jazz ensemble and played at iconic jazz institutions including Smalls Jazz Club in New York City, as well as at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, NJ. He is an avid art collector, committed to supporting artists and cultural institutions that strengthen communities and preserve cultural legacy.Nick holds a B.A. from Princeton University.
