As Co-Founder & Managing Director of ICD, Tom presides over the strategic direction of the company. Prior to co‐founding ICD in April of 2003, he served as Deutsche Asset Management’s head of sales and relationship management for the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.Tom started off his institutional money fund career at Concord Financial Group where he eventually became national sales manager for institutional money funds.One of the three original architects of Mid Atlantic (now SunGard), Tom helped to develop an institutional money fund at Scudder Investments’ with assets in excess of $20 billion. He brings more than 20 years of financial expertise to ICD, particularly in institutional money market funds, and separate account management sales. Tom has also held senior executive sales positions at Mitchell Hutchins Investors, Cantor Fitzgerald, and BISYS Fund Services.Tom holds his Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. He is a Series 24 licensed principal and is active in the San Francisco Treasury Management Association and the Association of Finance Professionals.ICD is treasury’s trusted, independent portal provider of money market funds and other short-term investments.
