Over the years, I have led and structured multi-million-dollar fund raises across equity and debt, including venture debt and promoter funding, while partnering closely with founders, investors, and leadership teams to drive sustainable growth.My experience spans setting up and strengthening finance functions, driving profitable business scale-ups, executing turnaround and cost optimization strategies, supporting product development, pricing, and strategic partnerships. I have also led initiatives around automation and ERP implementation, leveraging financial analytics and technology to support both long-term strategy and near-term business performance.A significant part of my role has involved building strong relationships with investors, lenders, and rating agencies, managing investor relations and credit rating processes, and leading high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. I bring diverse experience across Financial Services (lending and advisory), Food-Tech, Digital and Quick Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics, Consumer businesses, and Media & Entertainment.
