In my current role as a Client Executive and DEI & B Advocate at Sodexo in the Pacific Northwest, I act as the direct client liaison for onsite leadership and operation teams. I provide strategic and business planning to expand the regional market footprint, execute staffing processes, manage confidential client engagement and availability information, offer staffing options, and maintain databases and records. I also contribute to the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring accuracy in personal data, client staffing data, and enrollment in necessary learnings and trainings. Additionally, I conduct customized ad hoc reporting and analysis for Professional Development Managers, aiding decision-making and supporting consultants. Notably, I spearheaded the facilitation of semi-annual performance reviews for consultants across seven committees, involving logistics coordination, communication management, and relevant database administration.
