I joined OMEGA in April 2015 as Regional Manager for the Southeast & Midwest Regions overseeing 14 Boutiques in 7 States and Puerto Rico. In November of 2017 I was promoted to Senior Regional Manager overseeing all OMEGA Boutiques in the Northeast and Southeast, plus Chicago, Detroit and Puerto Rico. In May of 2019 the responsibility for overseeing New York City was added to my 16 existing Boutiques. I supervised 18 Omega Retail Boutiques including the Flagship Boutique located on Fifth Avenue in NYC until the Covid-19 shutdown in 2020. With recent expansion I currently oversee 16 Boutique locations (Boston, Jacksonville and Detroit are the newest boutiques in the Eastern Region).In my 10 years at Omega, my region has posted the top sales performance for the US (increase over comp) annually and has continued to lead the country in most KPI categories. In 2022 and 2024 my Region posted the #1 Global Performance for the Omega Retail Division.
