Over the past 20+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in leading billion-dollar global engineering projects for Fortune 500 clients in the oil and gas industry, and leveraging this hands-on industry expertise to formulate innovative growth strategy that has enabled business turnarounds and the development of cutting-edge new business lines. This experience – coupled with my transformational leadership and teambuilding skills – has enabled me to thrive as a strategic leader holding P&L responsibility for entire global regions and facilitating consistent growth even under volatile and challenging market conditions. A few of my achievements include: Generating A$27M in EBIT ahead of budget in FY20 at Worley while facing the adversity of COVID-19 and the global oil price slump.Playing an instrumental role in achieving a 100% improvement in share price in 2018 at Worley, resulting in the successful acquisition of Jacobs ECR business. Winning the ExxonMobil Presidents Award three times in recognition of delivering world-class safety performance on projects under my direct control. Leading the sussessful delivery of one of the worlds largest offshore topsides at tonnes. I am married to Magdalene living in Western Australia where I am perfecting my skills in Astrophotography.
