I’m Neha!Genetic Engineer turned People & Change geek. W-shaped problem solver. I never set out to work in HR. I was meant to be a scientist - trained as a genetic engineer, was due to start my masters - when a short-term HR gig changed everything. I fell in love with the messy, fascinating world of people, work, and change.Looking back, maybe it was inevitable.
