The portfolio includes biologics, diagnostic lenses, punctum plugs, knives, instruments, devices, and sutures… Support operational aspects relevant to supply chain, collaborating as a facilitator for the assigned site locations in the performance and transformation across the franchise & distribution centers, translating strategies and generating value across the organization through execution driving of E2E process, structure, analyzes, initiatives, solutions, standardization, including multiple ERP platforms, cross multidisciplinary teams, and levels of the organization to 5 primary goals: • Guarantee the correct inventory flow from MFG sites/Vendors to the DCs • Close monitor short-term operational goals (revenue, demand - order entry, backorder, variations vs forecast, and FG service levels) • Lead continuous improvement towards S & OP processes: long-term goals align with day-to-day execution in demand <> supply • Align commercial-operational-financial activities to meet revenue and sales goals • Hold up Sales and Operations Execution (S & OE) business operational process to maintain communications channels between MFG Operations, Demand/Supply Planning, and Customer Service etc to best practices of: Forecasting Demand Planning Backlog OTD BO Planning performance Address Capacity Data Maintenance Supply chain business analysis / ERP analysis / MPS Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Partnership w/vendors Materials Management Supply Planning Inventory Management Sales, Marketing & Key events Project Management Phased out products/sites New product lunches and site transfers
