As a Change Consultant at Prosci, I\'ve had the pleasure of navigating the ever-evolving landscape of Change Management. Over the years, I\'ve honed my skills in guiding organizations and leaders through the complexities of change. I\'ve managed large-scale initiatives, developed strategic change plans and ensured that everyone—from the C-suite to the front lines—feels heard and supported. My approach leverages the Prosci ADKAR Model to create structured and effective change management strategies.Before joining Prosci, I worked in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs. In these roles, I built a range of skills including conflict resolution, training and facilitation and leadership development. As a life long leaner, I\'m frequently diving into certifications like Prosci\'s Model Mastery programs and courses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. I\'m passionate about creating positive cultures and empowering individuals to be their authentic selves at work.
