Supported the Do Good Institute’s day-to-day operations by coordinating logistics, scheduling events, and preparing program materials for workshops and student programming across campus- Reviewed and scored student applications for grant-funded programs, offering constructive feedback and advancing top candidates to leadership for consideration- Collaborated with the finance and business team to process student and nonprofit grant disbursements by compiling required financial documents and communicating with awardees- Maintained shared calendars, tracked program milestones, and liaised with faculty, staff, and students to schedule and confirm Institute meetings, presentations, and events- Promoted civic engagement and public impact initiatives to campus communities through event tabling, flier distribution, and in-person outreach at Welcome Week, First Look Fair, and other campus activations- Played a key role in executing community-building programs such as study breaks, open houses, and celebration events for Do Good program participants.
