Working with leadership to determine annual and multi-year workforce strategic plans that will support informed business decisions that can help effectively deploy talent, enhance our client satisfaction, and improve firm profitability. • Creating a system that will allow for a consistent workforce planning approach, with new tools and analytics to support better talent and business decisions for short-and-long-term success. • Building cross-functional partnerships with multiple stakeholders including Talent, Finance, and Recruitment to support workforce planning. • Leading discussions with Market and Executive leaders to anticipate workforce requirements (demand), analyze the supply of talent and make competitive decisions to address the gaps and risks. • Developing enhanced reporting, scenario modeling, and cause/effect analytics as a roadmap for the business in long-term validation of today’s decisions. • Establishing a new team, including development of new processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities.
